New gourmet kitchen, living & dining room, family room,& a laundry room the 1st floor. Big master suite with dressing room, 2 bedrooms & a common bath on the 2nd floor. The plan for complete renovation more than doubled the size of the old house. The estimates came in at $450-500K, far more than they expected.
Their dream house had a nightmare budget. Until they looked at a modular remodeling approach.
